We want you to love your Tensiocare. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@tensiocare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- The device must be in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Tensiocare arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@tensiocare.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital bonus materials (e-books and guides) included with your order are non-refundable.
